December Priority Reads/TBR [2017]

dectbr2017.jpg

Apologies for the lateness, I kinda forgot that I hadn’t done my December TBR… I have accepted the fact that I am unable to complete the ’52 Books Around the Year’ challenge; I left it too late and the books I had left to read I’m not exactly wanting to pick up now, and this TBR will show the ones I want to read before the year is up!

As usual, the first three are my top priority, the middle two are average priority and the bottom three are the low priority. I also may pick up extra books throughout the month, and this also may not include books I’m already in the middle of/continuation from last months TBR. So this is a very flexible plan of the books I want to get to! The reason I organise my TBR’s this way is because 8 is a reasonable amount of books for me in a month, and prioritising them feels more organised!

PRIORITY READS BAR JPEG

1. The Martian – Andy Weir

2. We Are The Ants – Sean Davies Hutchinson

3. Tess of the D’Urbervilles – Thomas Hardy

4. Everybody See The Ants – A.S. King

5. A Christmas Carol – Charles Dickens

6. The Rose Society – Marie Lu

7. Lost Boy – Christina Henry

8. Dash & Lily’s Book of Dares – David Levithan & Rachel Cohn

**EXTRAS**

Stardust – Neil Gaiman

Burial Rites – Hannah Kent

Stuff I’ve Been Feeling Lately – Alicia Cook

So those are my books that I want to read by the end of the year! Some christmassy book and also ones that have probably been on my TBR since the beginning of the year! What books are you hoping to read in December? Any reading challenges you are trying to acheive? Any bookish plans/goals for the new year? What books have surprised you this year? I’d love to know!

THANKS FOR READING!
